Who we are
Season of Mist is a fiercely independent hard rock (heavy metal) label with 700+ releases over twenty + years. Our catalog includes artists and albums that have won international awards including, but not limited to, Juno's (the Canadian equivalent of a Grammy), the Spellemannprisen (Norwegian Grammy), the Grammis (Swedish Grammy), the Fonogram Award (the Hungarian Grammy), and the Eiserner Eversteiner European Folk Music Award among others. Additionally, we've released dozens of critically acclaimed and genre-defining works that have shifted the hard rock and heavy metal musical paradigm worldwide.
Season of Mist has offices worldwide in the US, France and Netherlands, and is among the leaders in our space as an international label, distributor, and mail order.
