What's New on Musiccareers
We’ve revamped our platform to make listing jobs, hiring, and messaging between applicants and companies much more intuitive, faster, and overall a breeze.
Here’s a list of our updates:
Companies can now track applicants’ hiring status and message candidates directly on Musiccareers!
Companies now have a place to track their job applicants, and can quickly message them to increase the speed to discussions & interviews.
Application Tracking System
From the company dashboard, users can:
- View applicant profiles
- Track application status
- Mark candidates as Hired or Rejected
In-Platform Messaging
Companies with Standard or Premium plans can:
- Message applicants who apply to their jobs
- Receive in-dashboard notifications when applicants respond
- Manage all conversations in one place
Post Jobs Instantly — Now With Video
Job postings are now immediately published — no admin approval needed. Companies can also upload a video as part of the job post to showcase the opportunity more dynamically.
Note: Posting limits and features are based on the company's active pricing plan.
Easy Registration
Company users can sign up using email & password, or log in quickly via Google or LinkedIn.
Company-Based Pricing Plans
Pricing is now connected to the company profile, not the individual user. Companies can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time.
Company Profile Video
When creating or editing a company profile, companies can now upload a promotional video to showcase their brand, culture, or team.
Applicants can search, apply, and reply messages on Musiccareers - and it’s all totally free
Account Creation
Applicants can sign up using email/password, Google, or LinkedIn. Email verification is required for email/password accounts.
Job Search & Application
Use filters to find relevant jobs, view job descriptions and company profiles, apply directly from the platform, and track application status from the dashboard.
Messaging
Applicants can communicate with companies who reach out to them, and will be notified directly on the platform when they receive new messages.
Account System Updates
New Signup Options
Applicants and Companies can now create accounts using email & password or sign up quickly via Google or LinkedIn.
Email Verification
Accounts created with email & password must be verified via a confirmation email before logging in. This step helps maintain platform security and authenticity.
