GIRLS I RATE, founded by celebrated songwriter Carla Mare Williams in 2016 is a movement to not only create a platform and voice for women and girls to collaborate, celebrate and empower each other. It was formed to bring together the talent, influencers, advocates and passion we all share. With the support and collaboration of our partners, sponsors, and GIR members we can achieve our goals together.
