User Acquisition Manager
Description
This role is an opportunity for a specialist to put their dent in the future and growth of amuse. Being involved in every part of the sales and marketing process will be crucial for your success. Acquisition of new users (artists, managers, and producers) combined with developing a strategy to retain them during their journey with amuse. In this role, you will help shape and execute the marketing plan to grow the amuse footprint within the global creator community. Ultimately, you’ll be a part of shaping a team that will reimagine the way artists and their teams release music and grow their audience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the amuse customer base and our user's patterns to generate creative ideas for growth.
- Drive user growth with acquisition and conversion by identifying opportunities around the user journey.
- Work closely with leadership and product managers across the organization to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful efforts to reach growth targets.
- Implement and manage a roadmap for growth initiatives in collaboration with our design, product, and marketing team.
- Create the growth plan that will take amuse to the next level and lead in its execution.
- Be a part of creating your growth team at amuse, and lead the team once established. Assist in identifying and onboarding new talent while ensuring amuse hits its ambitious growth targets.
- Stay on top of marketing and growth trends to ensure amuse is up to date on the latest growth initiatives and technology.
- Own the growth budget, and ensure we invest in the right growth initiatives.
- Work independently and in partnership with an analytics team to provide dashboards and testing tools as services across the organization.
- Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel with the ability to budget and forecast. Tans growing at a consistent rate. This is the job of a growth manager.
Requirements
- Previous marketing experience preferably within an VC-backed start-up and well versed in working with outsourcing agencies. with internet products.
- Former experience managing a small team or coordinating team members.
- Capable of developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- A natural love for music with a good understanding of the music ecosystem.
- Experienced in building models to calculate ROI, LTV, and more.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that help you clearly convey your vision both internally and externally.
- Strong personal organization and project management skills.
- An analytical, creative, and data-driven mindset that can envision anything, while running cost-efficient, iterative tests to ensure your ideas work.
