Technical Account Manager, Music Label Operations
Description
- Provide front-line support as part of a global partner operations team
- Execute and optimise support workflows for music partners around product use, product insights, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including partnerships, operations, legal, product, and engineering teams
- Operational support for music rights management products and tools
- Communication with partners in regard to onboarding specifications and processes, including general documentation
Requirements
- Operational experience at a rights-holder or digital service provider (DSP)
- Knowledge of digital rights management products
- BA or BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in media operations management, product management, online operations, consulting, or analytics
- Experience to balance competing requests from internal and external partners
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience with DDEX standards
- Knowledge of the music industry
- Experience working with product and engineering
- Experience with SQL, data reporting processes, and pipelines
