Job Description
Employees should expect to perform any of the following duties as requested by supervisor. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Acts as on-site representative to clients on behalf of employer.
  • Responsible for tracking and recording a variety of supplied services.
  • Performs daily facility checks, logging campus activity and keeping management up to date on client activities.
  • Able to work 10 – 12 hour workdays when requested. Responsible for closing the facility.
  • Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from Supervisor.
  • When necessary, performs required preventative maintenance for the facility.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be familiar with power hand tools i.e. drill, circular saw, angle grinder and reciprocating saw.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle to ensure timely arrival for shifts.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
SALARY: $17.00 per hour.
