We're seeking a dynamic Artist Channel and Account Manager to join our vibrant YouTube team in Nashville. If you're passionate about music and skilled in channel management, this is your chance to make a global impact. You will specifically ensure the best YouTube set up for the artists we work with, managing all aspects of channel management and optimization including ideation, playlist pitching, uploading videos, community, metadata optimization and audience management as well as monetization, together with our YouTube operations team.
What You’ll Be Doing.
  • Creating top marketing campaigns, channel optimization, playlist pitching, uploading videos, community, metadata optimization and audience management.
  • Responsible for launching top-tier marketing campaigns, such as multi-livestream events, afterparties, live redirects, billboards, and more.
  • Monitor release day placements, playlist adds and daily streaming numbers for priority tracks.
  • Liaising with the Global Streaming team on a weekly basis on marketing initiatives in the US.
  • Researching YouTube and social platforms for new talent and opportunities.
  • Partnering with other divisions within BMG to align on marketing efforts and opportunities to create revenue.
  • Actively contribute to annual goals & KPI’s; offering insights into new concepts and principles that impact BMG's core business.
  • Educating clients on best practices, playlist initiatives and effective strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Active pitching and managing the relationship with the YouTube Music teams in Nashville.
  • Providing YouTube insights & trends on a weekly basis with global YouTube team
  • Positioned as the ‘go-to’ YouTube expert for senior leadership; providing top tier service for all clientele.


Must Haves.
  • Passion and commitment to driving BMG's revenue growth within YouTube year over year.
  • Previous extensive experience of dedicated expertise in YouTube, this candidate possesses a profound understanding of the YouTube ecosystem
  • General knowledge of CMS, with a strong emphasis on copyright aspects specific to YouTube.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of global priority projects, specifically in the country genre space.
  • Proficient in analyzing data from YouTube backend and provide weekly reports to top clients.
  • A comprehensive understanding of metadata, platform algorithms, and monetization.
  • Strong knowledge on the digital landscape as it pertains to social media.
It’s a plus if you have experience in rock & pop music space along with content creation and video editing skills

Pay Range
$65,000 - $72,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
