Reporting to the Vice President, Culture Marketing, you will use Music to engage and inspire consumers, spectators and audiences. You will apply the Global Music strategy to the US landscape to build a National music strategy that drives best in class and credible programming, campaigns, content and events within the World of Red Bull. You will also promote engagement across the field culture teams to ensure the strategic direction is applied and at the same time support the team by finding efficiencies and eliminating obstacles on a National level.
  • Be the national music expert – identifying and reviewing consumer trends, market changes, and competitor strategies and national scenes, opinion leaders, and new artists that influence brand image with the EPC.
  • Lead the development of the annual music marketing plan in collaboration with Regions, Global, and any other relevant internal marketing teams.
  • Align strategy with partners including Santa Monica team, Regions, larger marketing organization, and global counterparts.
  • Lead fearlessly in the push for cross department collaboration with Sports, Brand, On Premise Marketing, and Media Network.
  • Take active interest in the nuances, differences, and goals of each region through market visits and local immersion.
  • Promote both Santa Monica and Region culture teams to innovate in the music spaces with the goal of creating programs, events, and projects that attract and engage new consumers.
  • Inspire creativity around always on campaigns and small fire activations that ensure year long visibility in primary and secondary markets across the regions.
  • Lead by example and coach the team to be culture experts AND marketers putting the consumer at the center of ideation and execution.
  • Coach and empower junior members of the larger organization for future leadership.


  • 10+ years of experience in the hip hop and/or Electronic worlds with a solid and wide network in both those industries.
  • A history of quality event, campaign, and program execution in the music space.
  • Passionate about the industry, landscape, and new ideas based on insights and trends.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple departments and countries to create relevant outcomes that promote success.
