For this role we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with creative acumen, great knowledge in Social Media and high level of English. He/she will be responsible for some of our most important clients in the Entertainment industry and will be in charge of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with the clients. He/she will be invested in ensuring a high-performance team and product aligned to a common purpose.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring the seamless process between the client and the internal teams. This person will be responsible for being part of a diverse and fast paced set of projects from beginning to end, including hands-on project management, ad hoc social media consultation, creative ideas, building strategic recommendations, among others.
Responsibilities:
  • Operating as the main point of contact for the strategic accounts’ stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with the client.
  • Help define the scope for each project, ensuring creative mocks meet the client's brief and business objectives.
  • Coordinate translation/ localization for global campaigns.
  • Track required delivery dates of campaign components (e.g., targeting definitions, creative elements, legal approvals).
  • Maintain constantly changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, with proactive communication across teams.
  • Flag any missing components that jeopardize launch dates, and work with the appropriate teams to make updates.
  • Review campaigns for compatibility within the policy guidelines and concurrently running campaigns.
  • Support strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Run reports to track learnings and strategize approach for future campaigns.
  • Look beyond the day-to-day needs of a large account, ensuring the use of effective processes across the team.
  • Serve as the main client point-of-contact on certain aspects of campaigns.

Requirements

  • +4 years in a similar role such as account management, account supervisor, project management.
  • High level of English.
  • Experience in being part of Social Media / Strategy teams.
  • Must have worked in the Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Publishing Industry.
  • Experience in developing digital, social and content strategies.
  • Client management.
  • High Level in a third language is a must
