We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our high performing Campaign Delivery team based in our South Melbourne studios for a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for project managing sold integrated client campaigns from across the Nova Entertainment network resulting in stakeholder satisfaction and in turn motivating repeat briefs and business.
This role is a valuable member of the Campaign Delivery Team that is lead by Nicole Seaman who is known for being a manager who leads by example and supports personal and professional development. As a team, they love good banter, celebrating the wins and good wine!
What This Role Will See You Do
- Manage all integrated campaigns to a high standard giving internal stakeholders a seamless experience.
- Ensure the delivery and management of all relevant campaign elements including, but not limited to; briefs, budgets, legal docs, prizing, permits, airchecks and third party suppliers.
- Campaign Delivery and Digital project and admin task as required.
- Provide highest quality administrative support to best assist the commercial team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders including CREATE, Digital, Brand and Promotions, Content and Commercial teams.
Requirements
Skills You Have
- Advanced MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively various manage stakeholder expectations at all levels
- Digital experience desirable
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience cross channel integrated media campaigns
- Previous experience in advertising, integration or digital, (desirably in Media)
