About The Role
The Ads Growth Product Marketing Manager leads our effort to educate Creators about ads and grow Creator adoption of our ads products. Reporting to the head of Ads Product Marketing, you will drive global revenue and design, leading product launches and campaigns across our ads product portfolio. You will work with partner teams including Product Management, Comms, Creator Partnerships, Customer Experience and Social. You will work to increase engagement with new products and programs designed to help creators on Twitch run and earn revenue through ads.
You will be comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be grounded in audience insights and will use those to form trusted relationships to influence the direction of the product and business roadmaps. You will excel at analytics, setting a learning agenda that raises the bar for impact against engagement and business goals.
You Will:
Establish a strategy for Ads Growth Product Marketing Lead and collaborate with partners (including Product, Content, Community, PR, Design, Engineering, Brand and more) Lead and collaborate with internal creative partners to ensure quality programs and assets across multiple channels Represent the voice of the viewer and creator audience internally with Product Management, Engineering, and Content Partner closely with research and data science to develop and understand audience segments and use your relationship with product group owners to influence the product roadmap to support audience needs

Requirements

You Have:
4+ years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment 2+ years working in a Product Marketing capacity (partnered with product management and/or engineering) Experience working with Creator-facing monetization or ads products Experience building marketing campaigns that increases engagement Experience grounding all marketing programs in data
