Product Manager - International Repertoire

Sony Music Entertainment team


  • Creating and implementing marketing plans for music projects (singles, albums, physical and digital releases)
  • Managing marketing budgets to achieve certain goals
  • Planning ATL and BTL campaigns
  • Watching over multiple timelines and coordinating work of all involved parties
  • Day to day contact with International Marketing Managers from Sony subsidiary labels
  • Preparing promo activities (events, influencer campaigns, promo days with artists)
  • Analyzing social media, digital streaming platforms and radio data, prep


  • Good knowledge of trends in both current music and marketing
  • Experience with project management
  • Working effectively on tight schedules, simultaneously with multiple products
  • Analytical skills and being focused on the results
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Creativity with an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work under tight deadlines and organize information from many sources
  • Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing
  • Flexibility – some duties may require to travel and work outside of the business hours
  • Work experience in entertainment industry is a plus
