You will Research and Implement Programs and Applications to
- Deliver an empowered and performing Tribe, in line with our Mindset
- Deliver Value framework to protect and reward our Shareholders (Employee Ownership/ESG/B-Corp)
- Deliver Value Services (Direct and Indirect Material Category Management, Supplier Accreditation and Scoring (DDPM), Digital Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Formula Based Cost Modeling, Total - Cost of Ownership) to empower Brands and Shared Services
- Deliver digital insights through Analytical and Productivity Tools
- Deliver SLA’s, Policies, Guidelines and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
- Servant Leadership experience, in line with our Purpose and Values
- 10-year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multi-cultural and matrix organization
- 5-year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus
