OneOf is a powerhouse in the music industry with signed artists including Whitney Houston, Doja Cat, H.E.R., Quincy Jones, John Legend, TLC, Charlie Puth, Jacob Collier, G-Eazy, AURORA, The Kid LAROI, Alesso and more.
ABOUT YOU OneOf is seeking a NFT Creative Manager to generate and facilitate creative ideation and execution across multiple drops. This role will interface closely with clients and creative agencies to ensure proper execution of all drop-related creative assets and will assist with drop gamification. This role reports directly to the Director of NFT Production.
  • Ideate, develop, and manage innovative NFT programs for existing and prospective clients, including NFT creative, tokenomics, gamification, and associated experiential tie-ins
  • Identify and develop relationships with crypto artists who can produce work for OneOf
  • Develop letter-perfect pitches and proposals (both client-facing and internal) for communication and validation of campaign ideas
  • Collaborate with clients, creative talent, and the OneOf internal team to guarantee campaign execution, on time, and on budget
  • Interface with OneOf marketing and communications team to develop NFT programs are on-brand and drive revenue, in both the primary and secondary markets
  • Efficiently manage the completion of more granular tasks (NFT drop packets, calendars and timelines, etc.) in service of the larger NFT drops, allowing company directors to focus on big-picture execution. Carefully manage deadlines and provide daily updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of NFT news and trends, bringing insights to the team


  • Bachelor’s Degree, 2-5 years’ experience in a creative production role
  • Background and interest in creative concepting, gamification, and design
  • Experience with NFTs as an artist, user, collector, or trader
  • Peerless writing skills
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication
  • Mastery of Apple Keynote, Microsoft Powerpoint, and other presentation tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong reputation within interdisciplinary teams for being innovative, accountable, reliable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Existing relationships with major crypto artists
  • Agency experience
  • Understanding of the Blockchain ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more
  • Experience working in a start-up culture
  • Willingness to help out where needed - regardless of the scope of your role
  • Passion for and understanding of the entertainment, media, and arts industries
