Music Sales Manager
Description
- Liaise closely with Label partners launch to new Music Advertising products to the Label community in Latin America
- Sell customized advertising formats to the Music community as well as Spotify’s traditional display, audio, and video formats in order to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with Label and licensing partners.
- Coordinate with the communications across all Label partners and departments to deliver successful campaigns
- Focus on brand selling, educating, and encouraging our clients to use Spotify to improve their business
- Represent Spotify at events and serve as a brand ambassador
- Always have the client's best interest at the heart of your approach.
- Manage activity using Salesforce

Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree
- You have 6+ years of experience in a media agency/online sales role
- You have knowledge of online and offline media and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal
- A proven track record of building a pipeline and exceeding goals
- You have dexterity in crafting reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing and Music Business ecosystems
- You are a team player, adapt well to change, and have a positive attitude
- You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns
- You preferably speak English, Spanish and Portuguese, please submit your resume in English
