About the Job
As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact between the clients and our team. You will lead communication with clients, understanding their needs and helping them put a marketing plan in place to reach their goals. This job will require you to be knowledgeable to some degree about virtually every aspect of the music marketing landscape online. You’ll need the ability to think outside the box - coming up with creative strategies specific to each client - while maintaining a realistic view of what’s possible within the scope of what you can control. Success in this role means making our artists and their teams happy by seeing positive growth from our work.

This position is Nashville-based, we are not looking for remote candidates.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications‍
• Five years work experience in the music industry
• Two years work experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications‍
• Understand the nuances of working with both established and developing artist teams
• Experience leading small teams to set and achieve goals
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and easy to get along with
• Excited about working in a startup culture
• Background in artist management
