Description

We're looking for someone to help take ownership of SeatGeek’s ambition to become the largest and most loved ticketing company by moving our brand growth forward. As the Media Manager, you'll be responsible for assisting and coordinating with the Director of Brand media planning and executing efforts of SeatGeek’s brand campaign. You will play a key role in helping to optimize and grow our Brand and set us on the path to making SeatGeek a household name.
What you'll do:
  • Assist in management of media strategy, planning, and buying and owner of buy details, flowcharts for media plans
  • Partner with internal and agency teams to evaluate media performance and optimize campaigns to drive brand growth in a collaborative way
  • Maintain multi-million media budget – track monthly budget numbers, help with authorization approvals, and provide updates to internal partners
  • Proactively seek out latest media trends, technology, and research to aid in media strategy and plan development
  • Meet with industry sales reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a media planning role on either client or agency side
  • Understanding of broadly adopted mass media channels (linear and digital video, audio, social etc.) and the US media landscape
  • Commitment to results in a prioritized manner, balancing projects while maintaining quality
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly competitive, and constantly evolving category
  • Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret internal and external performance data in a return on investment driven business and culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and overall "can-do" attitude - You are an outstanding teammate
