Marketing Assistant
Description
- Provide administrative support to the full marketing team with scheduling, organizing master documents, timelines and other daily activities.
- Build organizational processes and templates that help marketing operations.
- Handle financial aspects of marketing administration including processing invoices and maintaining budgets.
- Coordinate team and artist meetings and circulate meeting notes.
- Oversee event and touring guest lists and ticket buys.
- Create and send weekly marketing/streaming reports, one sheets and sales sheets.
Requirements
- Experience in an entertainment role or internship.
- Previous experience at a record label, management company or agency.
- Build relationships with the internal OVO Sound staff.
- Must be immersed in music and culture.
- An ambitious individual who is a self-starter.
- Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activities.
- Be accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Music Connect, Mediabase, Chartmetric and other industry information systems.
- Familiarity with full Google Suite, especially Excel and Word.
