Marketing Assistant
Description
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external marketing meetings, handling all logistical arrangements
- Process invoices and maintain administrative systems including the weekly radio monitor registry
- Take comprehensive meeting notes and track action points from marketing discussions
- Manage campaign assets and organize digital libraries across all platforms and internal systems
- Support artist events and promo by coordinating guest lists, making travel arrangements, and taking care of on-site logistics
- Support the marketing team with data analysis and research
- Support the marketing team in liaising with external promotion teams and agencies to ensure the smooth running of our artist campaign.
Requirements
- Transparent communicator; able to provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Exceptional co-ordination and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
