Description

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, process driven, customer obsessed, creative problem-solving-self-starter with excellent communication skills and a mind for details in order to manage multiple projects at various stages of completion simultaneously. The Producer role provides crucial support across projects, owning areas of logistics planning, channel management, contract workflow, purchase order and invoice management to assist, inform, and advance project development workstreams.
In this role you will work with a team of producers and creative directors and be responsible for ensuring that pre-production logistics, budgets, schedules and channel management requirements are met in order to deliver a flawless execution that brings unparalleled live-music experience to our customers across multiple endpoints such as Twitch, Prime Video, and in the Amazon Music app. Organization and communication skills are crucial as you will work with many internal Amazon teams as well as external agencies, music labels, and artists teams to help bring all the pieces of the production puzzle together on time, on budget, and at the highest possible quality.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
  • 3+ years of producer, production manager or line producer experience
  • 3+ years of overseeing and managing projects and deadlines experience
  • 3+ years of experience in video/media production
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Twitch or other live content platforms
  • 3+ Years of experience with Run-of-Show event responsibilities
  • Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, Quip
  • Demo Reel or Personal Website showcasing examples of work
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
  • Experience working directly with artists, songwriters, or other creative professionals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $76,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $163,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
