Label Relations Lead - Brazil
Description
- Collaborate with major label clients to ensure alignment on strategy, planning, and execution of high-quality music releases.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities for partner artists and labels with other artists and labels and across streaming platforms, social media, events, and traditional media.
- Represent key clients within the company by presenting their projects to cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare presentations and reports with data-driven insights to inform clients of growth opportunities and performance metrics.
- Achieve financial targets set for each partnership by monitoring and driving revenue goals.
- Scout and recruit new talent by pitching the company's services to artists, managers, and labels, negotiating artistic deals, and staying informed about local music opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of different Digital Music Services and social media platforms
- Travel required
- Prior experience in the music industry
- Minimum three years of experience establishing and maintaining relationships with artists and managers
- Bachelor's degree in Music or Music related fields and/or Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field
- Strategic - able to develop long-term strategy and plans and balance that with strong day-to-day execution
- Eager to leave your mark on the music industry
