CHARTIN is seeking a dedicated Hero Musician Manager to serve as the primary support for artists.
At CHARTIN, we believe all musicians are potential heroes. And for all heroes, there must be a Hero Manager.
Hero Managers will manage and organize wellness & artistic programs for our heroes. They will work to enhance musicians’ overall satisfaction with the platform and take care of any upcoming demands.
All hero managers will have the opportunity to shape programs that directly impact those in the musicians’ community and put their own ideas to life!
They are often musicians' advocate, which can mean assisting their creative activity, mediating interpersonal conflicts, fighting on behalf of a client who's not receiving the treatment agreed upon in the contract, and even helping a client improve their mental and physical health.
The most successful managers are egoless, thick-skinned, and tenacious, ready and able to advocate tirelessly behind the scenes on behalf of their client. The candidate must have experience empowering, managing, mentoring, and developing coworkers. Along with excellent leadership skills.
Important: We’re a startup looking for a team member to foster the group together. We do not have any direct salaries at the moment, but we plan on providing stock option compensation and a flexible working environment that would allow you to take a full-time job elsewhere.
What you can expect from CHARTIN Hero Manager role
In the short term…
  • Communicate and care for musicians currently registered in CHARTIN platform.
  • Hunt for musicians who might be interested in our service and match with experts.
After 6 months in this role...
  • Manage the Hero Manager team’s operations in close collaboration with promotion experts.
  • Manage, mentor, and direct internal and external team members; taking responsibility for the completion of projects.
And after a year…
  • Educate and facilitate new processes, workflows, and templates across the platform.

Requirements

We’d love if you have these, but not required:
  • With experience coordinating development programmes, ideally within the creative industries, you will be a motivated self-starter, have an excellent eye for detail and have a passion to make a real difference to the lives of musicians.
  • As a confident coordinator and a strong team player, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will be adaptable with the ability to learn new systems quickly and work on multiple platforms and databases simultaneously. Importantly, you will be able to work effectively to deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of professional service to musicians.
