Experiential Marketing Manager
Description
- Project manage and produce flawless virtual, hybrid and in person events across North America in close cooperation with external agencies and Internal Meta stakeholders - on time and within budget
- Manage and maintain relationships with the main internal Meta stakeholders in North America, including offering support for the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team
- Work closely with the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team's global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for event messaging, campaigns, and product launches
- Create and evolve experiences that showcase emerging technologies, consistently enhancing programs, and bringing new ideas to the table
- Source and manage suppliers, agencies and platforms across North America to ensure compliance
- Work closely with the privacy and sourcing team for finance, procurement and producing legal documents for events
- Travel regularly (up to 50% of the time) when needed for site inspections and events
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience working in an event management role
- Experience across key audiences - brand, agency, consumers, creators and developers
- Expertise in project management and stakeholder management, proven communication and decision-making skills
- Experience working collaboratively and juggling competing priorities
- Expertise on delegate registration and CRM platforms such as SplashThat and Salesforce
- Expertise on virtual event hosting platforms such as Zoom
- Knowledge of North America based regional and local nuance, and venues for in-person events
- Experience working in and/or managing event agencies
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent, in related field
- Knowledge of Meta platform and its suite of apps and services
