Distribution & Catalog Administrator
Description
- Administrative metadata tasks - ensuring metadata is correctly received from labels
- Providing client support including but not limited to: answering all service inquiries, digital release support
- Working with DSPs through various communication channels to solve ingestion and delivery issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of DSPs (Spotify, SoundCloud, iTunes/Apple Music, Pandora, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)
- Customer service/CRM experience (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
- Ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
