Label Engine was founded in 2008 with a single purpose: to reduce the number of time-consuming tasks involved in growing and operating a successful record label. Since being acquired by Create Music Group in 2015, LE has gained a reputation as one of the most efficient distribution platforms in the industry and has become a household name among artists, managers, and label owners worldwide. By combining a unique set of essential tools into one easy-to-use system, Label Engine takes the hassle out of distribution and lets you focus on what matters most: your music.
Responsibilities
Administrative metadata tasks - ensuring metadata is correctly received from labels
Providing client support including but not limited to: answering all service inquiries, digital release support
Working with DSPs through various communication channels to solve ingestion and delivery issues

Requirements

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of DSPs (Spotify, SoundCloud, iTunes/Apple Music, Pandora, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)
Customer service/CRM experience (e.g. Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
Ability to organize large amounts of data efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
