Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with a proven track record in brand partnerships/marketing, music partnerships, agency or related experience, and including experience in managing direct reports. US experience required, Asia experience a bonus
- A self-starter and innovative team player, with a pulse of the latest music industry, brands, advertising, web3/NFTs, and culture trends to encourage new opportunity development at the company. A knack for communicating and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation and organizational skills and ability to lead client relationships as well as cross-functional internal communications. Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets), MS Office and productivity suites
- Strong understanding of digital content, music and video production processes, timelines and coordination
- Ability to work under high pressure situations and under limited guidance. Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends if needed and for occasional calls with Asia-based teams
- Candidate is ideally based in Los Angeles, CA, or remote candidates will also be considered. If remote, flexibility to travel to Los Angeles and other locations will be required for production shoots
