Digital Marketing Specialist

MassiveMusic team

Description

Our Amsterdam office is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our forces. Your mission? To develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You will be responsible for MassiveMusic’s social media planning, execution and engagement as well as the social media calendar. You are part of the MarCom team and report to MassiveMusic’s Sr Marketing Manager, supporting marketing activities including long-term brand building and short-term lead generation campaigns.
You design, build and maintain our glocal social media presence, finding smart ways and quick wins to support all MassiveMusic offices and markets. You measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, landing pages and funnels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). You identify trends and insights, optimizing content strategy, spend and performance based on the data. Because data is sexy and it allows you to understand if it’s true that cat gifs perform better than hyperlinks. But hey, your analytical mind knows you also have to leave room for creativity as well.
You have a passion for creative writing and know how important it is to inject the MassiveMusic TOV in every single social media caption you craft. Salesy and dry copy with no personality? That’s a massive no for us.
You’re a supernova of energy, passion and enthusiasm for music and life in general. You can handle multiple projects simultaneously because you’re extremely organized. You are also fun to have around, which is great because all work and no play isn’t our thang.

Requirements

  • #You #are #the #ultimate #social #media #queen #or #king – hashtags, hashtags everywhere
  • You have proven working experience in digital marketing and social media management (mainly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Sound-rich platforms are your daily bread (TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Clubhouse)
  • You know your way around SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, website analytics tools and A/B testing
  • You have a significant passion for growth hacks and best practices
  • You’re familiar with scheduling tools (preferably CoSchedule) and know the difference between a CMS and a CRM (hint: neither is Elon Musk’s son name)
  • You understand MassiveMusic’s tone of voice and know how to reproduce it without forcing it
  • Your writing is just so good to be true that readers can’t take their eyes off of y̶o̶u̶ it
  • You’re highly creative (+ your puns and sense of humour make us laugh so hard it hurts)
  • You’re a – excusez le cliché - team player who knows how to work independently
  • You’re so organised that you can handle multiple projects at the same time with your eyes closed
  • You have a degree (Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry doesn’t count)
  • You’re so fluent in English that Oxford’s got nothing on you
  • Experience with inbound marketing tools like Hubspot? Oef, we’re hyperventilating
  • Naturally, you have music running through your veins
