The Role Remix: EMPIRE is looking for a Digital Ads Coordinator to join our downtown San Francisco office. This role will report into the Sr. Director, Digital Strategy and will:
- Assist with the administrative and day to day duties of the Digital Marketing department
- Create and implement digital campaigns for album/single/music videos in platform ad managers
- Optimize campaigns for best ROAS across multiple ad platforms
- Create live dashboards for real-time reporting on ad/influencer campaign performance
- Track requests and organize work flow with Asana
- Manage communication between the Digital team and any third party vendors
- Distribute marketing agendas and record meeting notes
- Prospect to work with other departments including Design, OOH, Socials, Finance, etc.
- Any additional duties as assigned

Pay Range: $55,000 - 68,640 per year + benefits + discretionary bonus + profit sharing program
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
