The Greenroom team is redefining the audio ecosystem by directly connecting users through real time conversation. We're seeking a creative individual passionate about producing innovative content for Greenroom at Spotify. In this role, you'll drive creative development for new content initiatives as well as collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
The right candidate is passionate about audio content, highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is able to work with many different types of stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
  • Ideate and develop innovative content formats for live audio, focused around music and music culture
  • Pitch and advocate for live audio formats both internally and externally
  • Responsible for full creative including; researching new concepts for live audio content, crafting and updating show schedules, writing outlines and loglines, play-testing concepts, working closely with high-end talent, and making decks.
  • Work closely with talent, providing them substantial feedback and otherwise advising them as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, PR, and Partnerships to ensure smooth execution of content
  • Actively participate in the strategy development and goal-setting of the Greenroom content team.
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-functional community management, scheduling, and partnerships teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of content experience (audio a plus) including directing talent
  • Passionate about new content formats and the future of the audio space
  • Extremely creative and always pushing for innovation
  • A great collaborator; experience with working closely with internal partners
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A team player who is hardworking, passionate, curious, and willing to learn
  • Thrive while crafting across innovative formats and ideas and adapting to various styles of storytelling production
  • Familiar with “on the mic” style content and the audio medium
  • Knowledgeable about the music and broader cultural landscape is a must
