As an Audience Development Coordinator at AWAL, you will work closely with the US Audience Development team to help support the set up, execution and delivery of industry-leading, innovative fan-engagement campaigns. AWAL’s Audience Development team exists at the intersection of digital marketing, innovation and artist development, working closely with our roster of artists to identify, target, engage and convert casual listeners to super-fandom.
You will work closely with the team to provide artist on-boarding support, creative asset production, influencer marketing campaign management, assist in maximizing promotional partnerships with partners such as TikTok and YouTube and more.
You are an efficient, organized, self-motivated problem solver with a positive attitude; detail-oriented and organized with the proven ability to multitask who has a desire to grow into a digital marketing role within the music industry.
Job Details:
  • Support the US Audience Development team in all areas
  • Create and send weekly analytics reports, providing insights where appropriate
  • Manage the production of artist assets with internal and external creative partners
  • Attend team and artist meetings and circulate meeting notes
  • Liaise with other departments and global teams at AWAL on Artist Marketing campaigns
  • Onboarding/set-up assistance: audience analysis & social media health check, best practices guides, whitelisting profiles
  • Digital partner platform support and troubleshooting
  • Support the team in occasional campaign execution across CRM and social media
  • Coordination of digital partner promotional pitching across platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok and Triller
  • Assist with advertising campaign set-up including asset coordination & link creation
  • Assist in budget coordination and invoicing with third-party vendors


  • Experience in an entertainment role or internship
  • Previous experience at a record label, management company or agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Music Connect, Mediabase, Chartmetric and other industry information systems
