Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our Campaign Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the setup and execution of all advertising campaigns for your market teams. You will ensure accurate pacing and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle while analyzing data and identifying optimization opportunities. You will also be responsible for running all in-flight and post-campaign reporting needs for clients, across all buying channels.
What you’ll do:
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales and other internal, cross-functional teams to launch, manage and deliver deals across all buying channels
  • Set up, run and optimize direct and programmatic ad campaigns across multiple clients, platforms and technology partners
  • Participate in campaign kick-offs to understand campaign objectives and KPIs, ensuring consistently flawless and timely campaign launches
  • Handle asset collection directly with clients and QA creatives to ensure they meet specifications and adhere to Spotify policies
  • Lead the daily monitoring of campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying optimization or campaign expansion opportunities
  • Troubleshoot campaign technical issues and act as the in-flight subject matter expert to the client and internal partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initial billing and revisions to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time
  • Adhere to current and contribute to improved internal best practice guidelines, processes, and operating cadences

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • You have a minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management or campaign management while also having solid digital media industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about the digital media industry
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager and/or Megaphone is a plus
  • You understand the technical foundations of digital media, podcasts and programmatic mediums and have experience proactively identifying solutions to problems
  • You are fluent in 3rd party tracking vendors, including brand studies, viewability, and other relevant industry technology
  • You have excellent dexterity with the Google and Microsoft suites of products, including Excel and PowerPoint, and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • You are a highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
