Description

Your role as Brand Partnerships Manager within GIR directly underpins the running of the business alongside Upper Management - You drive and manage the sustainability and development of the GIR brand by:
  • Consistently strategising the direction of the overall GIR brand alongside upper management
  • Brainstorming, proposing and implementing innovative brand strategies across GIR which encourage brand loyalty, expansion and amplified visibility
  • Actively seeking, creating and successfully acquiring Brand opportunities for GIR
  • Tactically negotiating and utilising partnership opportunities to achieve GIR brand goals
  • Ensuring all partnership and funding agreements and deliverables are adhered to by GIR
  • Actively communicating updates across to founder and upper management
  • Consistently assessing and protecting the health and reputation of the GIR brand
Tasks include:
  • Create and propose GIR brand strategies to founder
  • Solidify, implement and uphold GIR brand guidelines, ensuring they are adhered to both internally and externally
  • Research new companies/brands/initiatives to partner with and outreach to them
  • Cultivate relationships with both new and existing partners and sponsors
  • Create copy and devise packages – Both generalised and tailored
  • Create decks – alongside graphic designer
  • Have meetings with partners (ensure admin is across these to update diary)
  • Respond to all emails within 24hours (or send a holding note)
  • Raise and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
  • Have regular calls with management to update them on progress
  • Directly coordinate with social media team to actively drive social media presence with the overall GIR brand through partnerships
  • Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions with Social Media & Engagement teams
  • Ensure relevant teams are aware of and confident in executing all agreed partnership/funding deliverables
  • Update your task sheet on every working day and send on your sign off thread
  • Update round up doc every working day and send on sign off thread

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled, part time Brands Manager with at least 3+ years experience to help bring in and manage new and existing partnerships/sponsorships.
The candidate must be confident enough in the role to lead on partnerships management with little supervision. Please only apply if you have a strong background in the music industry and branding/partnerships.
