Audience Development Manager
Description
- In conjunction with Marketing & Audience Manager, set the organic strategy for each label project across socials
- Strategise how to increase engagement with existing fans for each artist and build follower numbers across all relevant platforms for artists – YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, email database, etc.
- Coordinate paid digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Spotify
- Lead all day-to-day conversations with artist managers and labels regarding social posting for each artist
- Create the schedule how each release is rolled out across social platforms in conjunction with wider team
- Ensure that all organic social content is rolled-out according to the schedule, including liaising with external artist managers
- Ensure best practice across DSPs, as directed by Streaming Managers, is carried out across platforms for your allocated roster
- Ensure artist managers and labels are supplied with any necessary information and creative assets for each roll-out
- Brief in internal and external creatives for any necessary assets
- Ensure that best practice is being followed across all relevant platforms for each release
- Manages artist and label EDMs
- Regularly report to internal and external stakeholders on performance for each artist/project
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in Marketing or similar discipline (highly regarded)
- High level experience within the digital landscape, especially regarding social media and DSPs
- High level knowledge and experience leading digital strategy
- High level understanding of the digital ecosystem and emerging trends within it
- Hands-on experience within the music or entertainment industry preferred
- Strong interest and passion for music
- Experience briefing in digital creative assets
- Exceptional written communication skills – including copywriting
