Artist Relations & Production Senior Manager
Description
MyGroove, the Music based App from Red Bull, is looking for a Artist Relations & Production Sr. Manager (m/f/d) to help us reaching out to and bringing in new Artists to produce Missions (songs) in 6 different instruments on our MyGroove Studio.
You will be responsible to manage the whole process from Pre-production (Artist preparation /briefing) to Post-Production (content QA). Ideally you have Artist Management experience and contact with different Artists and Labels. Also, you already participated in, have experience to deal with and manage productions (TV, shows, films, etc).
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PRE-PRODUCTION
- Artist outreach & contract negotiation
- Artist briefing and preparation for the production
- Responsibility for the production plan
POST-PRODUCTION
- Content QA (quality assurance) together with Red Bull post-production team
MANAGEMENT
- Co-lead the production together with the Chief Content Officer
- Cultivate strong and positive relationships with artist and their managements
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous Artist Management and labels relations experience is required (in the music industry)
- Experience with Film/TV production
- Great organizational skills
- Proven track of having worked with multi-teams simultaneously
- Flexibility
