As an Artist Marketing Manager, you will lead campaigns with artists. You'll also build and manage a global go-to-market strategy based on user insights.
In this role, you will develop an infrastructure to enable teams around the world to execute campaigns locally. You will work with the cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, track measurements, and report back to partners with performances and insights.
Responsibilities:
  • Design go-to-market/campaign strategies to achieve product/music objectives. Design campaign experiments to test, learn, and iterate. Build campaign optimizations and measurement strategies to track success.
  • Manage planning/execution of campaigns and budget/timeline management, including campaign coordination to ensure a cohesive message.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders from the Music team in the US and in markets globally.
  • Identify music and artist campaign opportunities in partnership with our Relations teams. Build and optimize our pipeline to help select artists to partner with.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in inbound product marketing and cross-functional partnership.
  • Experience in campaign management and digital/social media.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing campaigns with high profile talent/music artists.
  • Experience working in global roles and scaling programs to other markets.
  • Experience working with short form video platforms and in consumer marketing within the technical field.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed optimizations.
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively and collaboratively.
