A&R Coordinator
Description
The A&R Assistant will establish and maintain efficient processes across all projects. They will serve as a liaison between label partners and artist teams to ensure communication flows seamlessly and meets all expectations of the head of A&R.
**Objective: **
A&R Assistant will be responsible for supporting any and all A&R administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities for this position include office duties, scouting new bands, artists, and music, as well as attending shows and acting as a liaison between the A&R rep and the TRIBL records. This position must often maintain and develop relationships directly with artists, scout and research new artists, songwriters, and producers, review demo submissions, cover shows, coordinate detailed A&R research reports and carry out other scouting projects.
**Day to Day Responsibilities: **
- Regularly check in with the Head of A&R to develop projects and continually provide and receive clarity on project requirements.
- Organize and Coordinate with the head of A&R on projects as needed.
- Communicate with A&R, label and artist teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend meetings and events with internal and external parties and represent TRIBL as needed.
- Maintain and develop relationships with artists.
- scout and research new artists, songwriters and producers.
- Review audio submissions.

- Efficient time management and scheduling skills.
- Willingness to do (or figure out how to do) a job that is not being done.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for music.
**Education / Experience: **
- College degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience working in A&R and/or music management team (preferred but not required).
