How You’ll Make An Impact
The Video Production Coordinator will support day-to-day video programming production management. They are responsible for creating and managing the weekly production schedule and assisting with the daily video publishing workflows.
You’ll love this role if you have a passion for organization, logistics and obsessed with details while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture and how those details impact production and the overall brand. The ideal applicant should have a positive attitude who is a self-starter, a forward thinker who is exceptionally organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for creating and maintaining weekly production schedule and guest lists
Update call sheets, contacts lists, staff/show calendars and team meetings
Process and track purchase orders, vendor invoices and credit card receipts
Execute department purchasing for supplies and expendables
Oversee internal gear check out system
Coordinate logistics for studio and field shoots
Organize location agreements and signed guest releases
Assist in maintaining department guides and protocols
Monitor daily video publishing and escalate issues
Conduct daily quality checks on SXM app and execute video page updates
Support on-going department administrative needs

Requirements

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
One year of experience in management
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Previous experience with Airtable a plus.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of X to Y and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
