Tour Marketing Manager, EMEA
Description
- Supporting the International Marketing Director in the day-to-day management of international tours
- Working with the Local Marketing Teams to deliver our campaigns with an emphasis on digital marketing
- Developing detailed briefs for international promoters and marketing teams to produce industry-leading campaigns.
- Track and analyse marketing budgets and performance on multiple projects
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives to then deliver campaigns on time and on budget and ROI.
- Helping to build and provide measurements associated with the performance of all campaigns and ensuring the results and learning’s drive future campaigns
- Offer creative recommendations, based on campaign performance, and offer solutions to improve outcomes
- Plan, organize and deliver presentations and artist pitches if and when needed
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and third parties, including working directly with agencies and partners
- Collate all tour marketing assets to review and submit to external stakeholders for approval
- Coordinate and arrange international touring on sale schedules
- Coordinating cross marketing efforts on non-centralised tours, with particular focus on online content.
- Ensure that the customer experience is at the heart of what we do
Requirements
- Proven show / tour marketing experience at an executive level within the live music, ticketing or events industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with evidence of commercial accountability
- Experience in managing and working within large teams and influencing internal and external stakeholders both vertically and horizontally.
- Digital savvy, especially in social media and digital trends
- Knowledge or experience working across PR, including, press releases, briefs and relations.
- You should be able to demonstrate an interest, understanding and ability to respond to consumer markets, trends and consumer needs
- The ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely and attention to detail
- Experience working with Adobe Photoshop not essential but is advantageous.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Passion for understanding the consumer, for what live music means to different audiences and what motivates consumer behaviour around live events
- You will need to be committed, ambitious, passionate, and determined to do great work.
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player
