Sync Business Operations Associate
Description
- Gauge the day-to-day operational health of the sync team, including licensed music inventory, storefront merchandising, client purchases, and rightsholder payments.
- Develop and implement cross-functional dashboards and processes to ensure the completeness of our music supply chain across music inventory, storefront merchandising, music licensing purchases, rightsholder notifications, and rightsholder payments.
- Independently execute processes and train new team members on business processes across business critical functions including: music onboarding, demand generation, and quote to cash.
- Collaborate with the product team on requirements to further automate and scale the company’s sync offering.
- Build business relationships with leading music software vendors, including Synchtank, DISCO, AIMS API, Cyanite, Audioshake, and others.
