Streaming Manager
Description
- Primary point of contact between streaming partners and Universal Music Belgium teams
- Pitching upcoming local and international music to streaming partnerss
- Coordinating marketing collaborations & ensuring all commitments/deadlines are met
- Staying up to date on the Benelux playlist landscape and push for the inclusion of our releases
- Analyse streaming data of key releases and find insights for marketing teams to use (audience, timing, fans, …)
- Planning marketing campaigns encouraging fans to stream our releases
- Collaborating on setting up events (pre-release listening sessions, exclusive showcases, …)
- Ideating creative Spotify pre-save campaigns together with our marketing teams
- Maintaining and developing our own playlist ecosystem
Requirements
- An analytical thinker who can keep a helicopter view of ongoing projects
- Broad taste and interest in different music genres
- Streaming platforms have no secrets for you
- Organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Easy-going personality and able to effectively soft sell
- Quick in learning new digital/online tools and functionalities
- Can autonomously and effectively manage time, both personally and as a member of a team
