Description
- Maintain existing and cultivate new industry relationships in Atlanta.
- Scout and discover new and emerging talent in the music industry.
- Providing regional market trend insights to supervisor and wider BMG teams.
- Efficiently manage projects from start to finish and meet required deadlines.
- Manage budget for projects.
- Organize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Setting up and organizing artist sessions.
Requirements
- You have a deep understanding of and proven experience in the music industry, specifically Publishing A&R.
- You have a proven ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and projects.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- You are collaborative and a real team player.
- You have familiarity with using analytics for decision-making.
- It's a plus if you also have existing music industry relationships/networks in Los Angeles.
