Social Media Manager / Account Manager

Live on the cutting edge of music marketing. Crowd Control Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency with a focus on the music & entertainment industries. We are looking to hire a social media manager / account manager with at least 3 years experience with social media and general digital marketing to add to our rapidly growing team. This position will include developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns, working directly with our expanding roster of clients and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Social media strategy development for multiple clients
- Day-to-day posting across all social media platforms
- Content strategy development and coordination with applicable design team(s), both internal and external
- Copywriting and brand voice management
- Overall digital strategy development and coordination with partners and vendors
- Community management and fan engagement
- Client communication and reporting
- Current trend and technology monitoring and analysis
- Email / SMS campaign creation
- Limited social media advertising (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / Snapchat)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in social media and digital marketing
- Knowledge of all major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, YouTube, Discord etc.)
- Experience with social media & reporting tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with creating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
- Experience with photo/video editing software a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
