Senior Digital Operations Executive
Description
- You will manage the implementation, execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns for Sony Music artists across social, search, display, audio, video, and mobile. You will lead on implementation, optimization, monitoring and trafficking.
- You will act as a mentor to junior team members and support their career development, and knowledge across all platforms
- Collaborate with Record Label Digital Media Planners to take briefs, ensuring all elements are clearly understood and agreed upon. You will work together to develop campaigns with achievable targets.
- You will advise on campaign optimization and tracking and report on how campaigns are performing against targets and objectives set by the planners
- You will troubleshoot live campaigns and provide creative solutions to rectify any issues that are affecting campaign performance
- You will be expert in all digital advertising platforms and using this expertise you will be able to offer guidance and provide innovative solutions to ideas put forward by the planner and record labels.
- You will ensure that all data is reporting correctly and that tracking is effective so there is consistency across reporting and centralised dashboards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in online advertising, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or end-advertiser.
- Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions)
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
- Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
- Innovative thinker with prior evidence of successfully executing on ideas
- Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability and desire to scale knowledge and learning to other junior members
- Able to hit the ground running and work in a fast pace environment
- Flexible personality, able to pivot quickly and support Planner in responding to new opportunities when needed
- Roll-up-sleeves can-do attitude
- Love of music required; you will demonstrate an understanding of music business and digital music landscape
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation would be a plus
- Advanced DV360, CM, Amazon, GA360, Creative, and Search knowledge
