Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Description
- Spearhead market-leading digital campaigns that continually expand fan bases across all key platforms.
- Closely collaborate with artists, managers, internal and external stakeholders to develop, solicit and execute content strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales & Central Digital teams on streaming and D2C strategy and develop ideas around how to grow streaming and sales through interesting digital initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of all digital aspects of a digital marketing campaign in line with core project and approval route milestones, within budget.
- Work alongside CRM team, Head Of Audience and Catalogue Strategist to grow & engage Domestic and International audiences.
- Work with all teams to ensure campaign content is translated to individual relevant platforms.
- Identify new and external opportunities for artist promotion outside of traditional digital marketing activities.
- Be responsible for co-managing artist budgets, and knowledgeable about the company’s turnover & P&L targets. Work with marketing and management team to meet the targets across the label.
- Work with artist teams to manage marketing expenditures ensure; monitor spends to ensure adherence to approved budgets and achievement of project KPIs.
- Secure high level partnerships with digital partners including but not exclusively Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat.
Requirements
- You are already operating at a senior digital level with a proven track record of commercial success, delivering best in class digital marketing strategy in an enthusiastic and ambitious manner.
- You are a committed and creative project manager who can manage a varied and full workload, with a strong ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and problem solve.
- You are a highly motivated, curious thinker with passion for digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively with a close-knit team.
- You are comfortable representing Columbia Records with artist managers, internal Sony teams and external key stakeholders.
- You are continually looking for ways of innovating, growing your knowledge of the UK recorded music market, social media content, creator marketing, content distribution and viral trends to amplify records successfully and impacting significantly on streaming and chart success.
- You are a collaborative team player who finds solutions, motivates team members, and supports senior management in developing the digital strategy across projects.
- You are an invested communicator who can present and work with people at all levels and can negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- You are informed and curious about technological advancements in the wider media landscape and can be creative about how these could be applied to your campaigns.
- You have a great understanding of industry benchmarks across digital platforms & formats. Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of online spends by being informed of key commercial factors which will affect media spend.
