THE ROLE Insomniac Events is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic recruitment Scheduling Coordinator to support the talent acquisition team with their recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and relevant meetings. The Scheduling Coordinator needs to have well-rounded administrative skills, with a focus on appointment setting, and experience in calendar coordination. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others. This position helps to provide support to the Recruiter and reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development. This is not a remote position. This is a part time position.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meeting times between Talent Acquisition team members and applicants selected for interviews
  • Evolve and maintain elevated candidate experiences at scale across hiring
  • Schedule phone appointments, ZOOM calls, and in-person meetings using G-Suite Calendar
  • Build effective partnerships with recruiting and hiring teams to effectively support current and future business requirements and hiring
  • Lead and develop project initiatives to streamline recruiting scheduling processes as it relates to the candidate experience
  • Provide data and insights reporting on key interviewing activity as well as candidate experience trends and ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy rights
  • Attend and work company events as needed
  • Communicate via email, instant messenger, and occasional text with internal
  • Train and onboard members on the team directly and partnering team
  • Responsible for other projects as assigned on a regular or occasional basis

Requirements

QualificationsQualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude
  • Team player, problem solver, and adaptable
  • Proficient user in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments in various work locations
  • May work in drastic temperature climates when on site working events
  • Must be willing to travel to work events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
