Key Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for UniteSync’s products and services, with a focus on immediate sales execution.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects, nurturing relationships to close deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the music publishing and rights management space.
- Deliver clear and compelling pitches tailored to composers, songwriters, and music publishers.
- Collaborate with executives to ensure effective follow-ups with high-potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking progress and insights to improve sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on results-driven execution.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Self-starter with high energy, ambition, and a “get-it-done” attitude.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Passionate about helping songwriters and music publishers succeed.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the music industry or experience selling in the tech or creative sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and rights management systems.
