As the Royalties Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of royalty statements, including creating statement headers, loading electronic files, and mapping titles to works in our publishing database. Works under close/direct supervision
What you’ll do:
- Create statement headers and load interface files using our iMaestro royalty processing software.
- Map royalty lines from incoming electronic statement interfaces to appropriate works in the iMaestro publishing database using our Vistex NG software.
- Retrieve statements from some source portals and match to payments reported on monthly ledgers provided by Finance team. In some cases, unidentified payments will require research to determine correct source and location of statements.
- Basic problem research & resolution, as assigned by Senior Manager and other Royalties department managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 1-year previous royalties experience required, and familiarity with Vistex iMaestro preferred.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent math skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookup; Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work and function in an open, shared-workspace environment (we’re onsite 2-3 days per week).
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with coworkers both within the department, and outside of the department.
