EMG UK is looking for a motivated and hardworking Resources Coordinator to join their busy Resources team.
This full-time position will involve working as part of the amazing teams that deliver EMG UK’s wide range of sport, music and entertainment broadcast technical services, to many of the UK’s most well-known broadcasters.
Based in High Wycombe the successful candidate will be part of the team that allocates and manages the equipment resource across our extensive fleet of OB and De-rig facilities.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scheduling of equipment across multiple projects
- Ensuring maximum utilisation of equipment
- Hiring of equipment from rental companies for any shortfall
- Compiling and planning accurate kit movements and load sheets for base prep days
- Working closely with the Production department, Unit managers and Engineers to ensure successful preparation of jobs and quickly resolve any kit issues on site
- Running the equipment budgets, which includes – tracking jobs costs, sending Purchase Orders and signing off invoices.

Essential:
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office- specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
- A proactive attitude
- The ability to stay calm under pressure.
Desirable:
- A knowledge of broadcast equipment and/or the outside broadcast industry.
