Join our fast-paced, forward-thinking Global Catalog Recordings team!
We are expanding our team in Los Angeles and are looking for passionate individuals to join our genre-based Repertoire and Campaign Management teams. As the Repertoire & Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for strategically managing and developing global campaigns for our artists and catalogues using data-driven insights. Your role will be pivotal in delivering on creative, campaign, and commercial objectives, in line with our artist and repertoire strategy. Working alongside top-tier recording artists, you'll harness the power of data analytics to provide strategic services that drive maximum value for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Repertoire, Product, and Content Management
  • Proposing and implementing strategies for catalog products and content across various formats.
  • Managing the creative process and release administration for digital and physical products.
  • Collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams for product releases and campaigns.
  • Liaising with the commercial teams (Digital Partnerships and Physical Sales) across products and release campaigns
Campaign Management
  • Developing and managing campaign strategies for designated artists and releases.
  • Liaising with Marketing, Content Creation, Synch, and local territory teams to prepare campaigns that touch global audiences.
  • Liaising with external publicity and promotion companies to develop comprehensive media coverage.
  • Developing plans for increased marketing and sales focus in emerging markets, strongly driven by data analytics.
  • Proposing and managing ideas for increasing catalog consumption, e.g. creating strong social media and content strategies, developing direct-to-consumer opportunities (D2C) as well as retailer channels with collectible products and bundles, brand tie-ins, etc.
Business Management
  • Utilizing data for global trend analysis and catalogue performance.
  • Developing project P&Ls and managing costs for commercial viability.
  • Communicating targets and performance to colleagues and partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and financial obligations and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Contributing to further catalogue/repertoire acquisitions as required.

Requirements

Must Haves:
  • Previous experience in the music industry, such as at a record label, artist management firm, or in marketing roles.
  • Genuine passion and strong knowledge of classic and alternative rock music.
  • Understanding of both product and marketing management, including digital and physical record releases, and the ability to effectively market repertoire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox/file sharing, and streaming platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate interactions with discretion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for high-profile projects and assets.
