Recruiter
Description
- Drive the hiring process by working with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required to open a job requisition(s).
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Generate/source leads through research, analysis, referrals.
- Pre-screen resumes against job requirements and company cultural fit and route them to the appropriate hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephone screens and organize interview schedule for remainder of process.
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Gather feedback and facilitate closing out with the hiring manager after interviews complete.
- Work with the Director of Human Resources to negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Provide management reports on recruiting metrics such a days-to-close.
- May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys if necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience; a focus on technical recruiting preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the company from executive to entry level.
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills.
- Persistence to get past gatekeepers and gain referrals through networking.
- Assertive and driven to get things done.
- Meticulously organized, self-motivated/highly driven individual to plan their recruitment campaign and deliver candidates to set deadlines.
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams.
- A passion and interest in music and audio is desired.
