Production Manager
Description
The Role
As Production Manager, you’ll support the Head of Production in steering our music releases from demo to release. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with composers, artists, and mastering engineers, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll take care of all processes connected to the release, including social media posts, email campaigns and track registrations. You’ll help us brainstorm album ideas by keeping on top of industry trends, and find the right talent to match. You’ll analyse data from past album blasts to help refine campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of production timelines and delivery schedules — without reminders
- Co-ordinate creative feedback
- Quality control
- Manage composer contracts, PRO registrations and track deliverables
- Assist with live orchestral sessions
- Organize and maintain internal systems, including Dropbox and Notion
- Manage our email campaigns, social media and website
Requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year experience in the sync industry
- Experience in a coordinator, assistant, or production/music studio role
- Laser focus on detail and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to streamline processes
- A self-starter mindset — you anticipate needs and act without waiting to be asked
- Excellent written communication and task management
- Familiarity with DAWs, Notion, AI and the Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- London-based with the ability to work from home
